Hello Steffy - good for you.  I would definitely call this a success.  And that's quite memorable.  

Steffy, I'm honored that you chose to mention my post, and so very glad that you have found a couple of them helpful. I'm sitting here smiling now! One of the best aspects of Active Rain is the sharing that goes on here. We learn from one another all the time. 

Lottie's post was a good selection, Steffy.  Balancing work and life was a major issue for me a couple decades ago.  I didn't seem to know where to draw the line.  It was so bad that I shortened a hospital stay with surgery, that was supposed to last 5 to 7 days.  I walked out of the hospital after a mere 36 hours.  I wasn't supposed to drive for 6 weeks, but was driving within 48 hours.  Why did I do it?  Because at the time, I was running a bunch of escrows, had several listings, and no reliable back-up.  Would I do it again?  Never!  Fortunately, I had no permanent health repercussions because of it!
