I often hear from the public "that there is no dfference from one agent to the other." Many of those consumers only realize there is a difference when things go wrong. Now, if i could reach them before they choose "just anyone". Today as I scrolled the MLS I came across this marketing photo?
What do you think? I can hear some of you through the lap top screen. It is outrageous to treat a listing with such disrespect to take picture from your car. AND not just from the car but from your front windshield. Then, do you see the other problem with this photo? Photo courtesy of NNEREN.
