It is impossible not to notice the things that go on around us daily. I try really hard to concentrate on the things I can do, rather than obsessing about things I can not do. It isn't always easy but it is always more productive and dare I say it.....satisfying to keep moving forward with persistence and gratitude. So that's my story and I am sticking to it. Sheila more than you imagine I've had to learn to do what I can do since my feet have been less than ok. The trick for me is being happy no matter what and having a great attitude. I recently changed my office around, get rid of some furniture I do want/need..... so we could put my rowing machine where it's easy to use and overlooks the pool. I'll feel like I'm on a lake! Now that would be fun
