Tuscany Abacoa is a well established older community just north of Town Center and northwest of the Roger Dean baseball complex. The homes have a Spanish inspired flair about them, with barrel tile roofs, cozy balconies and outside areas, and private courtyards with detached 2 car garages on the larger townhomes and portico's leading to street front garages on the large single family homes. A short walk south on Community Drive leads to the picturesque Abacoa Golf course with it's gently rolling hills, neatly manicured greens, tropical palms and beautiful sand cranes as they walk the banks of the lakes and ponds painting the fairways.
Just north of Tuscany, making such a smooth transition from the border of one community to the next is almost unnoticeable as you cross into Martinique. With an influx of scientific researchers to Scripps, Max Planck and United Technologies, our current residents who recently made the move due to work related transfers have recommended these last three communities as favorites in the catalog of Abacoa neighborhoods. The Island's architecture is similar in style to NewHaven's, but with the added perk of abutting to one of Jupiter's favorite semi private golf course, The Abacoa Golf Club. The newest community in Abacoa, built by Divosta Homes is Windsor Park. Located on the northernmost portion of the Abacoa tract, Windsor Park is accessible from the main entrance on Indian Creek Parkway and from Dakota Drive which borders the south.
