Lincoln Square home sales for the month of February rose in volume by 14.3% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 12.7% from $330,000 to $288,000. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 50%, while the median sale price decreased by 63.3% from $1,762,500 to $647,500. Condo/townhome sales rose by 29.4%, while the median sale price decreased by 10% from $309,000 to $277,950.
