Darien home sales for the month of February rose in volume by 146.2% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 13% from $319,000 to $277,500. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 128.6%, while the median sale price decreased by 17% from $384,000 to $318,750. Condo/townhome sales rose by 166.7%, while the median sale price decreased by 14.7% from $255,000 to $217,500.
