Montgomery home sales for the month of February rose in volume by 21.7% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 20.5% from $217,000 to $172,450. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 11.1%, while the median sale price decreased by 21.2% from $239,200 to $188,450. Condo/townhome sales rose by 60%, while the median sale price decreased by 7.6% from $171,900 to $158,750.
