George Souto hi there, George... I'm very happy to know you found the list useful!
Always good to remind our clients. Life gets so busy and we often forget to take care of the "necessaries." As usual, very nicely organized list and easy to read.

Morning Nina.
Made some repairs to our fence gate yesterday, just have one more repair and it will be good as new. My wife takes care of the inside.

James Dray good morning, James... I'm always telling my clients that if they keep up with maintenace as it's needed it's much easier to manage one's home and property.
Kathy Streib good morning, Kathy... so much easier to keep up with the to-do list if you break up the chores month by month.
Mimi Foster thanks, Mimi... I'm constantly telling my clients not to fall into the trap of deferred maintenance... it's so much more costly to repair things later than take care of them upfront.
Good morning Nina. My single family days are behind me. Living in the sky you pay your assessments and special assessments. Great list. Enjoy your day!

Wayne Martin I get it, Wayne. Until we moved to Charlotte 21 years ago, I'd only ever lived in coops... I miss those days sometimes.
None of your followers should be able to claim that they do not know how to maintain a home, this is a great checklist to use!

Hello Nina - a home checklist as you have noted here is yet another way to ensure regular/ongoing maintenance is properly addressed on a timely basis and not as an emergency which can be quite costly(on multiple levels).

Hi Nina Hollander - Just did a bunch of "Spring Cleaning" last week. I have AC and washing machine maintenance scheduled. Already had ducts cleaned. The dryer vent is super important to remember to clean.
Actually, just turned on the outside faucets to water all my plants yesterday. I will keep the drip system off a little bit longer. I want to make sure there are no more freezes.

Endre Barath, Jr. thanks, Endre... I think each of us who is a homeowner can find something on this list that needs attention.
Lawrence "Larry" & Sheila Agranoff. Cell: 631-805-4400 good morning, Sheila and Larry... all goes back to that age-old question of how one should eat an elephant... one bite at a time!
Joan Cox thanks, Joan. I think we all can find at least one item on this list we need to address this month.

Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®, CRS hi Paul... thank you... and since it's already Thursday when I picked up your comment, let me be the first to wish you a terrific Thursday! :)
Sheri Sperry - MCNE® good morning, Sheri... the "good" news for me is that it's my husband's job to schedule all thos maintenance activities, which I know he does like clockwork. And we've had so much rain (including an inch of rain on Tuesday) no need yet to worry about watering outdoors.
Roy Kelley thanks, Roy. Thanks for popping by and wishing you a terrific Thursday... looks like we are in for more rain today (that's on top of an inch earlier this week).
Norma J. Elkins thanks, Norma. I had cataract surgery yesterday, so my Wednesday was a bit of a "lost" day for me. Lots of catching up to do today after my check up with my surgeon in about a half hour. Happy Thursday to you.

Home owners can get a really good work out taking care of maintenance issues on their own. Save the hard jobs for qualified technicians. It's no joke. Homes need to be maintained!
