How was the real estate market in Stayton during January? Very few homes on acreage sold in January, but that is pretty typical for the season. We are continuing to see a shortage of inventory all across the valley, which is keeping us in a strong seller's market. Sellers saw a list to sale ratio of 99.32%, negotiating very little on the asking price. Six homes sold in town, and there were 8 for sale in January, creating 1.33 months of inventory, still a strong seller's market.
