Yes, my CENTURY 21 New Millennium Centreville branch is. For May 2008 we sold 17 more homes than May 2007 and I'm projecting that we will sell 25 more homes in June 2008 than we did in June 2007. These year-over-year statistics are "telling". Is the market "improving"? Are my agents better at what they do? I'm not sure - but I do know this: we are selling more house. Glad to hear your market is still doing well! We are still cooking along in Greenville, SC too. We aren't as busy as we were in 2006 but we actually had a 4% price increase in our median pricing!
