That's right! Spring is fast upon us. Tonight we set our clocks forward 1-hour (EXCEPT those in AZ. They get to miss the excitement...lol).

In the Real Estate world, there is much expectation about the Spring Market. Everyone talks about it.

Spring is that time of year for renewal. I've already gotten my burning permit from the local Fire Department. I'm making a list of the outdoor jobs around the house like replacing a couple of deck boards, reattaching the lattice the Winter wind dislodged, lawn work of course and some other stuff.

As usual, when you are changing your clocks before retiring make sure you test your Smoke/CO detectors. The new ones have a 10-year battery. OH, and if you're one of those that says you lose an hour of sleep I have the solution...Go To Bed an Hour Early...hahaha

I was working at the homeless shelter last night, most mornings the guys get up on their own. With the time change, I had to wake them up at the new 530 since all were still sound asleep at wakeup time.
