Hello Kat - a "balanced" real estate market as you have described Big Fork real estate is equally good for prospective buyers and sellers.  Of course, that does not mean buyers can wait when that ideal opportunity hits the market.  Sellers need to be mindful that buyers remain savvy and ,most are well-aware of your competition so make sure you are providing a lasting impression that is memorable for the right reason.
