The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 6.7 percent, new homes are down 5.7 percent and resale condos are up 19.4 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 40.0 percent, up 40.9 percent on condos and up 22.3 percent for new homes.

Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 17.1 percent and the sales volume is up 20.7 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 12.8 percent and the sales volume is down 0.0 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 11.6 and the sales volume is down 63.9 percent
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 4.4 percent and the sales volume is up 12.7 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are down 12.5 percent and the sales volume down 39.7 percent.
