Morning Bob.

Before becoming a Realtor®, I bought and sold several homes.  Never tried to do it myself.  Always used a professional, I just don't understand to this day why one would try it.

Good morning Bob. A lawyer who represents himself has a fool for a client. And the lawyer goes to school much longer. So, should you be a FSBO? Enjoy your day!

Hello Bob - "selling" a home is a lot more involved than simply putting up a "for sale" sign.  Your suggestions for success in Central Wisconsin are smart.

Great list, Bob. I think sellers, for the most part, have no idea of what they could be up against should they try to sell on their own.

Hi, Bob Crane, hope you are having a great week.  I believe people trying to sell FSBO  do not know all the steps to the dance and how to perform them in a professional and  $$$dollar-winning$$$ manner,   Also,  they take on unbelievable stress because of a lack of knowledge and experience .   This stress would be greatly reduced in working with a Keller Williams real estate agent.

My last fsbo took about a month to win over.  He had been on the market for several months, was going through a divorce and was offering his home for 70k less than market value.  He had a failed escrow, there were easement problems and inspection issues.  You name it, it went wrong.  It was a stressful time for him and he needed it to be over.  I sold it in 9 days for $73, 000 more than he was asking and  probably even more important I was able to make it a smooth transaction for him.  He has since become one of my biggest fans and we have very happy buyers.

Even though I am a licensed agent and very good at what I do.  I use another Realtor to sell my personal homes.
