Hi Nina Hollander - A great title to your post to get eyes on it.  An hour can make a difference.  In fact, any small segment of time can have an effect. Submitting an offer electronically 1 minute after another was accepted. Buyers need to act quickly if they find what they are looking for.

Those statistics are quite interesting. I'd never thought about how many homes sell in one hour.   I'm not a big fan of time changes. I wish they'd just pick a time and stick with it.
