James Dray good morning, James... that was true in our area during the "great recession." Now, our inventory of condos and townhomes is maybe about .6 of a month. We are seeing more townhome construction in all price ranges including $500,000+ these days as people are looking for that kind of low-maintenance housing. Of course, this home is in a 55+ community where homeowners really want low maintenance and a lock & leave security.
