Answer is YES.
Also, don't forget what an influencer actually is - a person whose opinion is valued, and can convince others to take their advice.
Here are some general tips on working with influencers for REAL ESTATE:
1. Not Every Influencer Will Benefit You
For real estate agents, micro-influencers (people with 500-5,000 followers) are more beneficial than working with accoutns over 10k. Big numbers don't mean much when not all 10,000+ of those followers are actively looking for a home. You need to find an influencer with an audience that aligns with yours: parent bloggers, real estate investors, and local business supporters are your best bet.
2. Keep it Local
A travel influencer with 50k followers won't be as useful to you as a regular mom with 500 followers that lives in your area. Build relationships with local social media users. Having that regular mom as your real estate client will do wonders for your business if they were to talk about you on their feed. A quick video of a reaction to their closing gift shared to their profiles can lead to referrals and leads within their network!
3. Be Open to "Collabs"
Some accounts are also local businesses trying to improve their following. It's similar to having a referral network with other businesses in real life, except for this time you involve social media. By tagging each other in posts, you can increase the likelihood of both of you getting new followers/potential sales leads.
