Lies, Lies and more Lies on the Corona-virus

I haven't watched the news in over 25 years, thank God and all I hear about is the Corona-virus 'Day in & Day out' ...

Come on people get your crap together! More people have been dying from the common flu, car accidents, murder, old age, common injuries, cancer, etc then any Corona-virus.

And all these people panicking about toilet paper, water, etc. Please give me a break and how meek you are ... "The meek shall inherit the Earth" and I'm going to Heaven thank God.

Get a grip people and please stop watching the news and or garbage on social media, it's all another ploy to try and not get Donald Trump reelected.

Won't make a difference Donald Trump will be reelected in 2020. They have tried everything and the Corona-virus won't work, sorry ... ;o)

I do agree with you that the fear factor has gotten out of control. We don't usually watch the news (or the TV except for football games  ) as I always figure - if it's important, I'll hear about it. Can't go anywhere without hearing about this LOL.

Good morning Bob. The concern over the availability of toilet paper is a source of humor. I went to Target yesterday just to watch the rush! People who live alone buying the 24 = 96 rolls package. Enough for a year or more! Target was wise, it was there only offering. The rest of the shelves were empty. Good for laughs. Enjoy your day!

I so agree with you. Certainly, it's time to be cautious, but there's no reason to panic. No one makes a good decision in a state of panic. The swine flu in 2010 infected 60 millio Americans, 12,500 of whom died. Most people today can't even remember the swine flu.

It is true that the flu has killed more folks than Coronavirus has.  It's hard to filter truth about whether we are in peril or not.  I do believe we may only be on the threshold of something that may become larger.  My greatest fear is lack of testing, lack of a vaccine, and effective medicines to fight it.  I'm in the age group where 8% don't survive this thing.  While not panicking, I'm preparing, and taking precautions accordingly!
