The third week of March is here. A week with St. Patrick's Day celebrations that may be over shadowed. I have been flooded with questions. Should i buy now? Should I sell now? There was no doubt the spring market was here. There is also no doubt many people are pausing. There are buyers still ready to buy. Interest rates actually went down enticing more buyers to buy now before they go back up again later this spring. 

 

When it comes to selling you home. We are still listing and selling homes. We have pre-cautions in place and discuss everything with you up front. 

 

It will not be long that Spring Flowers will be arriving. Despite a media frenzy, the Real Estate market is already in Spring Market mode. Please remember to support local businesses and that includes your LOCAL real estate office like mine.

  • There are 115 SINGLE FAMILY HOMES SOLD 1/1/20 TO 3/9/20: The average SALE PRICE is $258,562 The average DAYS ON MARKET is 47.
