The country is in the midst of a pandemic based upon the Corona Virus, or COVID-19. Local governments are instituting emergency responses and warning us not to have gatherings over a certain number of people. Local Real Estate brokerages are also asking agents to work from home. What does this mean to home buyers and sellers?
Well, there are several differences. Older sellers are now jittery about allowing people into their homes. Other sellers are talking about waiting to put their homes on the market. I have heard of 2 deals being called off due to the buyers available funds disappearing in the market crash.
Other things remain the same. den Boer Homes has several closings scheduled that will occur as normal. We are also still showing homes and going on listing appointments. We have decided to take precautions, but to continue our business of helping our clients buy and sell homes.
