Here are a few Charlotte homebuyer & seller tips.
We are currently bridging the gap of tasks that require our buyers to meet in person. We are showing homes via video visits and FaceTime tours for buyers who have exposure concerns - or sellers who limit the number of visitors in their homes. And, we definitely won’t be shaking hands or hugging - until further notice!
We’ve canceled all open houses for the foreseeable future and are requiring a pre-approval letter or proof of cash on-hand before any showings. We suggest sellers provide disinfectant wipes and even a box of gloves for buyers to use as they tour - to open cabinets and doors. As home sellers, we also suggest that you disinfect all countertops, handles, knobs & ‘facilities’ upon returning to your home after all showings.
Just as we were during the 2008 recession, we assure you that we are here for you, through all of the uncertainty…and will be until we come out of this - together.
