MOORE Thoughts

You're right, but it's the media beating down consumer confidence.  Buyers just think we have a personal interest in talking up the economy not realizing that the media has its own agenda in dumping on it.

Our market is generally pretty good and sales start to pick up until the NEWS OPENS THEIR BIG MOUTHS!

True Ron and Michael, but just like when we show a buyer a property, we need to find positive aspects.  If we collectively find positives to media comments we can turn confidence around.  My average listing is on the market for 88 days (local industry 127), and sell on average 97% of list price.  We have prices in Orlando currently that no one has seen for 5 to 6 years.  There are affordable properties out there, and the market will come back.
