Now the time to buy! Why wait for prices to drop?

All this talk about the home prices not being at the bottom! The Buyers "in the know" are buying. They know that it is all to easy to be left in the "woulda, coulda" behind! If you think prices will drop another 10-15%, then offer 10-15% below the asking price. Most sellers want interest and want to negotiate SOMETHING!
