Got Some Free Time? Work on Your Budget

Services for Real Estate Pros with Projects By Shawn LLC

Depending on your situation you may have a little more time on your hands as you are practicing social distancing and self-isolation. If you're having trouble finding things to do, why not work on your budget?

One of the most popular excuses for not having a budget is lack of time. Now is the time to find a budgeting method that is right for you and to set up your first budget and come up with a strategy for keeping it maintained.

Budgeting doesn't have to be as hard as it's made out to be.  Check out this Dave Ramsey budget and see if it's right for you. It includes my free zero-based budget spreadsheet so you can set it up quickly and maintain it easily. I even have a tutorial video to show you how to use it.

If you already have a budget, this is a good time to review it and make sure it is meeting all of your needs.  Here are a few budgeting tips to help you be more successful with your current budget.

Helping make your real estate dreams a reality

Hello Shawn - thanks for sharing your budgeting tool. It's not hard to find important things to do during this shelter-in-place period--working on ourselves, learning new tools, taking on-line classes, getting our finances in order--all will help us emerge stronger and better able to resume our business lives.

My best to you.
