James Dray good morning, James... sales, yes... people still want to lock in those interest rates. As interesting to me were the number of listings... I've had several clients decide to wait a bit till all this self-isolation is over... but I keep seeing homes come on the market... and yet buyers are also stepping back from going to see houses. Next week's numbers should prove interesting.
