Nina, we have the same restrictions, except they have deemed real estate is essential.  However, there are fewer buyers and fewer sellers allowing people in their homes.

Looks familiar. :)  We ordered groceries from Fred Meyer last Saturday morning, but the first available time for curbside pickup was last night at 7PM. We did, but if feels quite surreal at times.  We also had been voluntarily staying home but our Governor had to mandate an order too. Unlike Colorado, Realtors are not listed as essential, however, those transactions in the pipeline can be closed, as long as the basics for safety are met.

It has not been a hardship for us to follow this shelter order.  And your list is exactly what we have done.  Our bank branches are close except for the one downtown.  It is a lovely building with old fashioned double windows for the employees, so everyone is safe...and the lines are diniminishing...And this too shall pass.  A

We are not under similar restrictions here in the DC area.  I was just in Virginia and their stores are still open - it is so different from state to state.  I think your county is taking a very tough stand but this is a very difficult time and a lot of people aren't taking it seriously enough

Lise Howe hi Lise... we've actually been told as of 8am today that starting tomorrow no more in-person home showings or open houses. Agents can't do anything with/for clients that can't be done from their homes.
