How is the real estate market in Albany, Oregon?  Last month, homes in town (less than 1 acre) in Albany Oregon saw a slight reduction in the average sales price, but homes on 1-4.99 acres took longer to sale, 129 days (up from 90 the previous month).  What is most interesting about this catagory of homes is that the months of inventory soared up to 5.5 months, technically still a Seller's market, as indicated by anything under 6 months.  But, we haven't been near the 6 month mark for a couple of years.  As you can see, not enough, if any, homes on over 5 acres sold last month in Albany, so no data to report.
