It has been pretty saturated with more listings than other neighborhoods nearby, but this neighborhood is quite large. February saw good activity, however, after the virus information, showings have slowed, as well as new listings.
This community is located within Cherry Creek Schools (Coyote Hills Elementary, Fox Ridge Middle School and Cherokee Trail High School) and minutes to Aurora Reservoir and Southlands Mall. This is a popular community for those working at DIA, as it is an easy commute.
