 Saddle Rock Ridge - Aurora CO is a neighborhood in Southeast Aurora comprised of over 2,000 single family homes built from 1997 to 2016 by several different builders.  This is one of the largest subdivisions in Southeast Aurora, located within the Cherry Creek School District and close to shopping, hospitals, many restaurant options, and entertainment. 



Housing in Saddle Rock Ridge in Aurora is popular with its location close to Southlands Shopping Center with lots of retail options and restaurants, easy access to E-470 and Denver International Airport.   Prices range from $340,000 to $850,000 and this neighborhood is located within the zip code of 80015.


Let's look at the sales for the month of February 2020 - 

Total sales - 8 ranging from $394,900 to $494,500 (decrease from 11 last month)     

Average Days on Market - 8 days (decreased from 26 days last month)       

Average Price - $438,000 ($435,000 last month)       


February was a strong sales month, with slim inventory and many buyers scrambling to secure a home.  Many were seeing multiple offers.    Since the pandemic, we are seeing less homes on the market (less Sellers have the desire of buyers in their homes), and buyers worried about viewing homes.    It will be interesting to see how sales changed from February to March next month!

School-age children will attend Cherry Creek Schools and depending on where in this neighborhood you are located, here are the schools - Antelope Ridge Elementary or Canyon Creek Elementary, Thunder Ridge Middle School and Cherokee Trail High School or Eaglecrest High School.
