THE "OL" VIRUS FIGHTING FAMILY
More timely advice from our friend Richie Alan Naggar...

Let me introduce to you this helpful family and their close cousins that will be eager to serve if you let them during these virus intrusion times. They remain at your beck and call, will work hard and do the job. Our part is to let them do so. Their hard work is undeniable as they leave in their wake smells of success for results
ALCOHOL
This is an old family favorite that we all have come in contact with at some point. It is a great standby to disinfect, kill germs, smooth-out the path for further treatments to follow. It has many enemies but it cannot be defeated. Count on this to come through time and again as doctors and hospitals will attest
PINESOL
Here is a multi-purpose cleaner originally based on pine oil (the tree) and not only disinfects but smells good when doing it too. It is not as corrosive as bleach making its uses more versatile. You can use it full-strength or dilute it for use on every surface where needed. You will appreciate this being there first when you engage it. NOTE: It also contains isopropanol which has anti-bacterial properties
LYSOL
This is a real germ-killer, disinfectant, a sanitizer and it is well known that viruses fear this for two reasons. 1. They cannot multiply past this boundary & 2. it is lethal to them if they persist growing in its presence. If that is not enough, it is an anti-septic treatment meaning they prevent the growth of disease causing organisms
NOTE: The mere smell and presence of these products signals to us mentally, emotionally, psychologically, and physcially that they are on duty helping us. They convey soothing instant confidence of results
COUSIN CLOROX
Close cousins of the O L family are Clorox and bleach both known for their kill on site commitments to all bacteria, smells and aggression. Worthy to note that all these kill mold and mildew once and for all. Bacterial and virus type attacks have little or no success in the battle or end results against all these products
HONORABLE MENTIONS
Cotton swabs, swipes, Q-Tips, alcohol preps, gloves, masks & a steady favorite since the dawn of man which is as much hot water as you can stand along with good old faithful soap. Soap & water when scrubbed & mixed together put our defenses on high alert & stay there. They can be renewed as needed too!
THIS PARTICULAR HABIT FIGHTS BACK
The urge (I will explain in next paragraph) for your hand to touch your face is not only overwhelming but the face welcomes the visit and the hand doesn't mind either. Normally this would not be a problem except that now these two aid in the spread of what is trying to get inside of us...read on
ONE GERM CELL CALLS TO ANOTHER
Genes are extremely selfish in nature as they multiply, exist, and go about their business on top of your business and even interfering and using you to do so. That itch is really the cell calling out for a taxi-uber ride to go from one part of your body to another. They are all over you and itch accordingly. Read on...
COW EXPERIMENT
Research has discovered evidence of germs-cells hitching rides on ants who crawl to the top of a blade of grass that in turn summon cows that are grazing. The cows either ingest or brush up against the infected messenger ant bringing the cell to form a union of reproduction. This life cycle is ongoing, invisible & tolerated
TOUCHY FEELY?
We like to touch, hug, handshake & shoulder pat at random as led with no other intent than to be warm, friendly & communicate using our being to tell how much we appreciate each other one way or the other. Now, we must substitute verbal & hand gestures (blow kisses, waves, A-OK sign) to send the I care for you message
REFUSE THIS
Do not embrace fear during these changing times but instead welcome growth and new ways to communicate and get things done as more important than any intruder is life above all things and this must go on. It will too if we learn as we go and adapt. This process of accepting short-term inconveniences leads to a long-term reward
