The Oregon Association of Realtors is Posting Ideas
I was asked last Wednesday to produce a video of how we can keep working during the Covid-19 pandemic. This was broadcast to all the agents in Oregon this morning. When we are dealing with challenging times, we have to adapt and be flexible in order to keep working. I am honored that I was asked to do this and hope it provides ideas to others dealing with unprecedented times.
Lynnea, we do have to work around the normal business day so to abide by the social distancing rules.
I have two open houses tomorrow. For one I am going to stand outside and ask people to text me their name, address, email and phone numbers so I can reach out to them later if I need to let them know anything - and for the other I am going to leave the door open to the condo and step out onto the balcony whenever anyone comes in - I honestly don't understand why people can't manage the idea of 6 feet - it isn't that hard - wash your hands - stay away - and we can be responsible and still work.
