Gaithersburg Book Festival Impacted by Coronavirus Pandemic

 

The coronavirus pandemic has led to the cancellation of the annual Gaithersburg Book Festival which was scheduled for May 16, 2020. Click on the above link to reach the website and follow the event on Facebook for further notices.

 

Friends & supporters, circumstances have reached the point where we have to change gears on our beloved Gaithersburg Book Festival.

We will not be coming together - at least face to face - on May 16th for GBF.

HOWEVER, having spent the last year putting together a *fantastic* lineup of authors, books, workshops, and other special programming, we are going to be looking at creative ways to deliver some of that programming to you and connect you with some of those authors, virtually, where we can.

That is so sad, Roy... but we are seeing cancellations of all sorts of wonderful events every where. Some are being postponed, but many are outright cancelled.
