Corona del Mar Home Values 3/29/2020
February's report on home values for Corona del Mar and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Corona del Mar Realtor Michael Van Ruth. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 8.6 percent, new homes are down 17.7 percent and resale condos are up 5.0 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 34.5 percent, up 20.5 percent on condos and up 8.5 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are down 2.1 percent and the sales volume is up 41.7 percent
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 9.4 percent and the sales volume is up 10.0 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are 32.2 percent and the sales volume is up 89.7 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are down 1.8 and the sales volume is up 3.6 percent
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 4.4 percent and the sales volume is up 59.2 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 10.8 percent and the sales volume up 39.5 39.7 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 2.5 percent and the sales volume is up up 29.0 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 7.8 percent and the sales volume is up 46.2 percent.
