Lunch has become my main event of each day!! Today, I made a healthy stir fry with Bok Choy, Napa Cabbage, sliced garlic and Olive Oil.
Brown the garlic in the oil; top that browned garlic with some thinly sliced Napa Cabbage; then a layer of Bok Choy. Stir occasionally, and when the leaves of the Bok Choy are nicely cooked and the stems are brown, it’s done.
Most would like salt added, but I don’t use any salt. Whatever I purchase is low salt or no salt. I don’t take any blood pressure meds, and I want it to stay that way!!!
I’ll make this again at the end of the week. It was yummy!!!!!!!
My house smells like “Italian Heaven” because of the garlic!!!!
Even an Armenian could deal with that…..
