March is the first month to show the effect that the coronavirus has had on local real estate. Showings, listings, and under-contracts have been greatly reduced. Sellers who continue to show their homes are requiring that agents and buyers not have flown in the past 14 days, respect strict social distancing, and not touch anything. As of yesterday, all open houses have been suspended.
