“Know Your Numbers Before Moving Forward”

 

 

 

 

Good morning Joe,

As you know I wasn’t able to make a deal on the previous property. Just got a signed contract on my house yesterday. I am avidly looking for a piece of property. I was wondering if my pre-qualification letter is good for the $600,000 range? There are two properties we want to look at, but wanted to discuss with you before scheduling. Once I reviewed all the math with my client, he had a comfort level to move forward with an offer. Every transaction has different numbers such as the purchase price, yearly taxes and estimated homeowners insurance. I want my clients reviewing numbers with me before making any offers.

Like one wise person once told me its numbers or nothing!
