Roy Kelley thanks, Roy. With everyone sheltering in place, there's plenty of time to get to work on the April chores.
Two very useful to do lists. It is nice to have a place to put the dates. Like Roy Kelley, I have some work to do.

Good morning, Nina.
Always plenty to do while we're confined to home, isn't there. My windows are in desperate need of washing!

Always good to hace a check list of things to do throughout the year. I am sure homeowners will be very pleased to have something to check off right now as having been acheived.

Raymond Henson, SRES, GRI good morning, Raymond... I figure that checklists like this make the work seem less onerous. Adn it's always great to tick off something as it's done... makes you feel as if you've really accomplished something.

Nick Vandekar, 610-203-4543 hi Nick... I post this each month... but also send a similar email blast to my homeowners in my data base each month.

Carol Williams hi Carol... I was just thinking that about my windows this morning, as well. But I have people come in to do them... waiting for the shelter in place directive to end before I call anyone.

Same here, Nina Hollander . Stay well!
Ron and Alexandra Seigel hi Alexandra... I may be stuck at home, but I seem to have plenty to do work-wise... not much free time to worry about my house.
Nina I have checked-off a few of the things on your list already. Still a few more to do ![]()

Hello Nina, I need to make sure my wife does not see my list or I make working on it for a week.

Nina,
Neither one of us is into housework, that is why we have professional people for the task...Like you we have a project (large development) that we started on 7 years ago, but was on hold due to complications of red tape etc. Now, we heard it is going to be back! A

Nina, it was so nice out yesterday, I clean my garage floor, cleaned the cars, sprayed the weeds and was so nice to be outdoors! Great list for us to work on this month.

George Souto hi George... sounds like you're ahead of the game... that's a good thing!
Will Hamm hi Will... somehow, I think your wife knows what needs to be done without any help from me. :) So you may still be working on a honey-do list for a week.
Grant Schneider hi Grant... so long as the April weather cooperates no one should have an excuse not to address most of the items on this list.
Ron and Alexandra Seigel hi Alexandra... I'm a big believer in calling in the professionals... they will always do a better job. Great news on your project... I know how that feels to wait for so long... I've had more than one client who took years to finally do something.
Joan Cox hi Joan... I think I'd still rather take my car to a car wash! :) We've had lovely weather since last week, but today it suddenly dropped down to 52 degrees even though it's sunny.

Nina, the outsides of the cars were still clean, it was the inside I was cleaning, the mats and dusting.
Joan Cox hi Joan... the car wash I go to (Auto Bell) does the inside of my car as well... much better than I ever could or take the time to do!
I did use your March list. Thank you for sharing; it keeps me on task...

Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®, CRS hi Paul... you can count on me to keep you on the straight and narrow! Happy Wednesday to you!
A home has no feelings or emotions. Things break and are in need of repair whether we like it or not.
Nina Hollander - These are good reminders. We need not be paralyzed by fear. Sometimes, doing the essential things we need to do is most senible thing to do.

Patricia Feager, MBA, CRS, GRI,MRP hi Patricia... what I always remind my buyers, especially first-time buyers, is that a house is a "living/breathing" entity and needs care and maintenance. And that if they don't want to or can't do that maintenance themselves, they need to hire someone to do it for them.
Hi Nina Hollander - I love your list. I saw the item about cleaning your toaster. How many times do we think about doing that! I like that one.

Morning Nina.
The one thing I hadn't thought of was cleaning the toaster, makes sense.

Sheri Sperry - MCNE® hi Sheri... I probably remember to clean my toaster two or three times a year by accident. I virtually never eat bread so I forget about my toaster.
Endre Barath, Jr. hi Endre... I manage to clean out my garage twice a year... and sometimes even more if the mood strikes me.
James Dray hi James, since I rarely eat bread and virtually never use the toaster I forget about it most of the time... but amazingly when it occurs to me to clean it, I'm always amazed at how much it needed it.
This is a timely list to share. I have a lot of work to do at our house.
