Caller: The mortgage company I was working for wouldn't help me when I had questions! I would call and no one would get back to me!

Me: I worked for a company that had the same problem. That's why I left!

Caller: I wasn't the only one who noticed it. Everyone complained and started leaving.

Me: We're big on support. Especially now!

Caller: I've been in the business for 7 years and have used Encompass the whole time so I know what I'm doing but, you know, things come up!

Me: We just had a company-wide Zoom meeting to go over the changes. And you can call anyone in our organization with questions. You can call me!

Caller: I just need to know I'll be supported when I need it. I won't need a lot of help but, you know, just a return call, sometime? I can wait hours, even a day, but just get back to me!

Me: I hear this fairly often, sad to say.

Caller: That'll be a nice change. Deal me in.
