Are you prepping during your downtime?

I am working with a client that is getting ready to list their home over the next couple of weeks and it brought up a very valid point. She has been talking to friends and family who, like her, are using this downtime to prep. They are not prepping by collecting food and TP, but by cleaning out their homes. They are cleaning out closets, doing needed projects and generally doing the work that it will take to be ready when things settle down.

If this is YOU - I'd like to chat. While you are cleaning and prepping your home let's also start looking at numbers and timing. Let's start thinking about which projects should take precidence and which aren't so worth touching. Let's open the conversation that you can be ready when you feel ready to list.

In an amazing twist of events inventory right now is really low. Prices are relatively unaffected by the current world atmosphere and buyers are buying. There are families trying to settle in while interest rates are low. And your home may be more ready for the market than you know.

If you know someone getting ready to make a move I'd love to have you share there name with me. I'd love to be able to chat with them as well. I am of the mind that looking at the details can help us to make wise decistions. So, let's check it out!

I'll bet there may be people who want to move to a quieter, more private place! Where they can prep. :-)

I hope you get some calls from your post!

There are certainly a lot of families getting ready for a move. :) Both to home further out and some to homes with more or less space depending on their situation.
