Yesterday I wrote and posted a Blog called, Believe It. (https://activerain.com/blogsview/5485106/believe-it-------#22595993) The post was featured and I was surprised because I don't generally get featured. In any event, today the feature was missing. I don't know what happened, but apparently someone changed their mind and viola....... it is gone. This leaves a lousy taste in my mouth, and I think I am done here.

Good morning, Sheila Anderson I just returned to online marketing and I realized I have not seen you lately.... I'm NOW up to speed..... you obviously offended someone and they decided to stand their ground on politics....

politics isn't the best topic.... we're a Democratic State and this platform has members from every corner of the country.... 

AR gave you a reasonable explanation... 

I think that feature being removed was NOT a personal thing.... it was a "rule breaker" and someone on the far right stood his/her ground....  

and THAT'S WHY POLITICS SHOULD NOT BE A TOPIC ON ANY BLOGGING PLATFORM....especially one with real estate agents driving the bus!!!!!

DO NOT BAIL OUT OF HERE.... that doesn't make sense.... 

I should have bailed years ago....I've been insulted....called every name you can think of.... had my assed kick during my first year on here.... 

once the dust settled (and I never missed a day) I shared my thoughts on what had happened..... made me feel better.... those who attacked didn't give a shit... but I did....and all is well now....until I get kicked again.... not likely to happen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the bottom line is to stand your ground.... express your thoughts WITHOUT including your political preference or giving subliminal messages that are directed there.....  

You're smarter than I am, and you could write a post that will allow you to exhale.... and kick ass all at the same time....

you're my hero....don't bail....not for the wrong reason.

sorry I was so long winded....it happens when I have stuff to say......

It's OK Barbara. You have had your own stuff. I am done with this platform period. I think this is a really political place and I don't think I was wrong. I don't buy into their explanation. We will still see one another when this virus is gone. Take care.         Sheila

I had missed these posts and so sorry to see you go. It was only when Brian England mentioned you had left I replied I had been missing your posts. I always enjoyed reading your life commentaries and loved reading about your exploits and travels. Hopefully, you may reconsider. I know I have dropped away a few times then come back and was always glad as I missed those I like to read each day.

Oh no!  I haven't read Active Rain in a few weeks and when I came on this morning, I checked in to catch up on the people I follow. I didn't see anything from you and initially thought, maybe you were on a trip. Then I realized NO ONE is on a trip and headed over to the right side of the screen for the Blogs You're Following section.  Even if you had been on a trip, no postings from you in 18 days seemed very long, so I checked out your last (this) entry and the preceeding one. I am so sorry you're leaving. I enjoy reading your posts and do hope that you decide to return. I guess I should consider checking the box for disabling comments on my future posts. And I'm with you 100% - I believe it!

Is it too late to chime in?  You will be missed and I don't think you should let anyone bully you to the point that you're uncomfortable... stand up to the bullies and defy them - come back and post things that piss them off.
