One day is the same as another. How sad but very safe. Actually, the only way I know which day it is becomes based on which criminal justice based tv show is on that particular day. I click between CNN and my marathon tv shows on the criminal justice station.
I miss my gym! My day begins with a 15 minute workout with resistance ropes. I do Tabata, and that’s a “High Intensity Interval Training,” an HIIT workout. This is done with several sets of 10 reps of fast paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest period. There is no resting!! That 10 seconds is just enough time to change positions!!
One resistance rope can accomplish a total body workout. Elaborate equipment is not needed. Check out a You Tube video of Tabata Using Resistance Ropes. You’ll be amazed at how many different routines you can accomplish with a $15 resistance rope.
