Andrea, you are lucky you can still have showings.   Our State rule just came down stating NO in-home showings, period.    Those homes on the market will need a Matterport or a tour through the home.

Hi Andrea Bedard, this is really useful. Thank you for laying out exactly how showings can work for homebuyers in this new environment.

Hello Andrea - business as usual?  Definitely, not.  The new "normal"?  Let's face it, these are changing times(and quite quickly) and what "was" is subject to change.

We went through a week or 2 of uncertainty Joan Cox and then received guidance that include the restrictions I outlined. I can work with that! Just as long as everyone adheres - and cancels should they feel unwell - we can do this .. we can help buyers and sellers, and minimize the risk.

We are doing as much virtually as possible Endre Barath, Jr. I just got a floor plan with 3D spins on a new listing done, to help home shoppers visualize the property. It's strictly by appointment, no overlapping showings. I provided boot covers and we set up a handwashing station in the bathroom closest to the entrance.

So glad to hear that you found it useful Realtyna Inc! It can be done, we just all have to stick to the rules and follow them to a "t".

Honestly, I'd rather show homes - armed with gloves, face mask, and disinfecting wipes - than go to the grocery store!

It's a new normal every day now Michael Jacobs, but we adapt and get creative. I'm assuming, however, that many who joined our ranks during the last couple of years thinking it's so easy to sell a house, may have a change of heart. I want to and need to keep working, to assist all who need assistance, and for my own sanity
