Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 20 days of March 2020 are 34 homes which is an increase from the 22 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 20 days of February and a decrease from the first 20 days of March 2019 (39). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from March 1st to March 20th is $2,001,614 which is an increase from last month’s average of $1,741,434 for this same time period and an increase from $1,796,001 last March.
In March 2020 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes homes sold for $6,700,000 and is located in the Palos Verdes Drive South neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes and had 6 bedrooms, 7 baths, and 7,617 square feet on a 27,987 square foot lot.
