Ginger Harper Real Estate Group ~ Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage ~ Southport NC
WOW! As we begin our “Lockdown” along with everyone else in Brunswick County and North Carolina, so many things feel strange and unsettled. We hope and pray that you and your loved ones are faring well and that our community will be spared the worst of this pandemic.
To our many friends and clients, we want you to know we’re here to help any way we can. You’re our top priority, and you can call us anytime — 910-798-1079 or 910-808-9723.
If we can do something to help you get through the coming days, just let us know and we’ll get right to work.
As far as our business is concerned, we have some challenges but also some bright spots:
While showings have slowed dramatically and time on market is lengthening, we see serious Buyers looking in the Brunswick County market and making plans to resume their home searches as soon as possible. To aid in that, we are expanding our online tools and “virtual showing” techniques to keep Buyers engaged and interested. We have great new property listings coming on the market every day, and no one working with our office has changed their mind about Buying, Selling or Investing.
Before this crisis began, Brunswick County was posting its best Real Estate market number in more than a decade. The stock market volatility and job losses will have a dramatic effect on that, but we have the advantage of a robust and diverse economic base — as well as the attractions that have made Brunswick County one of the fastest-growing places in the country. These factors encourage us to believe we’ll see a quick recovery that will power our Real Estate market right back into booming growth.
Despite all the worry and stress of the present situation, we see a level of confidence and optimism that this is just one more storm to weather. It’s a great thing to have such a strong, widespread sense that we’ll get through this in good shape overall, and that’s a crucial position of strength for us to rebuild on in the coming weeks and months.
We recognize that many unpredictable questions remain. It will take hard work — and not a little faith — to get things back up and running once the danger is past.
Again, please let us know what we can do for you. This is a time when safety requires us to be apart physically, but good health and welfare require us to be as close as possible in every other way. We’re here for you.
Affectionately yours,
GINGER HARPER REAL ESTATE GROUP
