Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Charlotte, North Carolina has a new look, a new name and a new logo.

 

What was Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is now officially Coldwell Banker Realty in the Carolinas. The new Coldwell Banker North Star logo features a visual icon — a star, which throughout history has been the beacon that explorers have used to guide them to the place they cherished most—home. Sitting above the CB, this North Star signifies the fact that Coldwell Banker agents have been guiding people home for over a century (114 years)... longer than any other real estate brand.

James Dray hi James... the company pays for my signs... so no worries for me in that regard. I might order some new business cards, but there's no pressure to do so and I might just wait to run out of the supply I currently have. Updating logos on websites, stationery didn't take long and is already done.

Nina Hollander - Although you already know you are the brand, just like I am the brand for my Brokerage firm, the consumers still gravitate toward the brand that is marketed out to the universe and that is why I think the new look and name will work wonders for CB. I also enjoyed watching the video to learn the history.

Hi Nina Hollander - We were given the OK to start changing over about 3 weeks ago so I am slowly changing all my brokerage info from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage to Coldwell Banker Realty.  The hard part will be the logo images.  Soon I will start making those changes.  I do like the new logo.  I still have to add the video to my website SellSedona.com.

Sheri Sperry - MCNE® hi Sheri... we got the okay as well about three weeks ago. And in March, our name change to Coldwell Banker Realty was finalized with North and South Carolina commissions. I've made a lot of the changes already, but will use up current stock of business cards before I order new.
