I'm Refi The Cash Out Man

Hello Rob - hmm, I have this somewhat strange craving for spinach.  The Popeye song and your clever cash out refinancing interpretation may be a part of today's musical meanderings for me.

Rob I go two ways with refi's.  Didn't work out so well for many folks in my area back in 'those' days. Many, many lost their homes and were way upside down. The other side is, if the folks really know how to manage their finances and are on a steady foundation....well then, with the right advice from their trusted lender they could be singing a Popeye tune along with you!

Rob this is a great time to look to refinance even if the homeowner does not need to take equity out of the property.  My neighborhood got hit hard with foreclosures so property valves tanked, and it has taken up to now for the values to somewhat return.  So since home values were down I was not able to take advantage of the low rates, but it turns out that was a blessing, because about 5-6 weeks ago the interest rates were the lowest they had been, and I was able to refinance into a rate 2.5% lower than the rate I had.  That was a huge savings on my mortgage.
