On April 10, 2020, Realtor.com reported that in Tujunga, California median list price was $695,000 in March of 2020 up  from $694,000 in February of 2020, and increased 6.0% from $654,000 in March of 2019. While, median sales price for a home and a condo was $650,000 in March of 2020, fell 8.0% from March of 2019 in Tujunga, California.

Houses stayed 57.00 days in the market in March of 2019 dropped from 82.00 days in February of 2020, but gained from 65.00 days in March of 2019 in Tujunga, California.

The median listing price per square foot of a home and a condo was $440.00 in March of 2020 higher from $412,00 in February of 2020, but lower 2.0% from $448.00 in March of 2019 in Tujunga, California according to Realtor.
