Very nice report, Kat... and you made the right decision about a quarterly report for Lakeside... without some critical mass of data, it's hard to make sense of numbers and trends.

Hello Kat - your logic in reporting Lakeside Montana real estate activity on a quarterly basis is a wise one.  A limited number of sales can skew statistics while your insight into those numbers when looking at the bigger picture continue to make a difference for prospective buyers/sellers.

Wow, your Q3 there was much different than ours here in San Diego. Typically our Q2 is the biggest. I wonder if that was a typical Q3 for your area?
