I am a local Realtor in the Banning/ Beaumont area in CA, I specialize in selling in the 55+ Gated Communities. This Coronavirus has been very traumatic on these communities because everyone is 55+ or older so buyers and sellers are fearful of contracting the virus. We have been doing a lot of virtual open houses and MLS even allowed us to add the branded videos on their link.
One thing we can all do in our communities is to promote our local businesses. I am promoting Domenico's Italian Kitchen in Beaumont, CA on Oak Valley Parkway. You can order online or call. They will give you a time to pick up and text you when it is ready. You can always order online and have it delivered. This is our favorite restaurant and wil continue to order out until we can again go out for dinner there.
