Lise Howe hi Lise... I can't decide if I am looking forward or dreading seeing number after the month of April ends.
Hello Nina - these times can be considered challenging for a number of reasons and the right real estate representation matters regardless of timing. Your local knowledge and proven results will be especially appreciated by prospective buyers and sellers who align themselves with your professional services.

Michael Jacobs thanks, Michael. I continue to be amazed at the number of agents in the market who don't know where to go to do research on market statistics and really don't keep up with them.

Roy Kelley hi Roy... it's more important than ever for us agents to stay on top of market conditions and to keep our clients apprised.
Good morning Nina Hollander, after a great first quarter, Charlotte real estate market will most likely show different numbers for the second quarter. There are always buyers and sellers regardless of the market conditions. In the Charlotte area, you are the REALTOR® to call.

Beth Atalay hi Beth... no doubt those numbers starting in April will be showing a downward trajectory in our market... the underlying question is how much of a downward trajectory.
The numbers were good Nina, and although they may be different for the following month (s) using your guidance will lead consumers in the right direction!

Lawrence "Larry" & Sheila Agranoff. Cell: 631-805-4400 hi Sheila and Larry... no doubt in my mind the numbers won't be super-positive at the end of April... the real question that we can't answer just yet is how bad might it be.
Brian England thanks, Brian... it's more important than ever right now to keep our clients on top of what's happening in the housing market.

Will Hamm hi Will... next quarter will certainly not be as rosy as our first quarter was... we can only hope for a quick recovery by year end.
Good afternoon Nina Hollander - we are all waiting and hoping when April comes in.

Grant Schneider hi Grant... my brokerage has already felt a drop in new contracts and listings... but it was expected.
It seems that our markets have the same sweet spot which is between $300,000 and $400,000. We just got slapped with some new showing restrictions that will make it harder to get buyers into houses for sale.
our market trends seem to be very close to identical, so we shall see what we shall see...
Happy Thursday Nina Hollander

Nina, our market was going gangbusters too, before COVID appeared, and sure put a halt on the frenzy we were experiencing.

Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®, CRS hi Paul... we are hopeful that the showing restrictions we are experiencing in Charlotte will go away at end of April. But I'm not holding my breath (yet)! Happy Friday to you.
Joan Cox hi Joan... we are still seeing activity but it has slowed down. People really don't want to buy homes off the web, I find.

That is happening here too, but have one couple looking now and want to be in by end of May.
Charlotte home buyers and sellers are sure to value your real estate market reports, Nina!
